    Understand the two types of currency that power Social Pilot's data and AI features.

    Credits

    For data-intensive, on-demand jobs.

    Credits are the primary currency used for running jobs that require significant external data processing or AI analysis.

    When are Credits used?

    • Running Data Enrichment jobs (e.g., Get Followers, Get Posts, Get Replies).
    • Running AI Analysis jobs on your audience.

    How are they deducted?

    Credit deduction is typically 1-to-1 with the number of items processed (e.g., 1 credit per follower enriched, 1 credit per profile analyzed).

    Refresh Tokens

    For lightweight, manual account updates.

    Refresh Tokens are used for quick, manual syncs of your own connected social media accounts to update core profile metrics.

    When are Tokens used?

    • Clicking the "Sync" button on the "Synced Accounts" page.

    How are they deducted?

    Each manual sync costs 1 Refresh Token, regardless of how much data has changed on your profile.
